• Oversee all technology operations, ensuring alignment with established goals and standard • Manage and monitor the organization's IT budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement of hardware, software, and services • Using vulnerability management tools to identify and analyze alerts, producing internal security articles on common security threats, security training and awareness sessions • Import ERP files from Microforest to Sage X3, opening and closing of periods and years, updated currency rates and standard costs, ensuring seamless data migration and system integration • Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and availability • Lead and participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations • Support and manage Information Systems being used e.g. Sage x3, Office 365, biometric, access controls, salesforce, Microforest, Orbify, Pulse, ArcGIS • Implement regular patching of end user applications and operating systems, reducing vulnerabilities and enhancing system security • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, including hardware and software malfunctions, network connectivity problems, and security breaches • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's information technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks • Administer, monitor, and maintain equipment, computer systems (workstations, phones, video conference system, power systems, CCTV), and networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), servers and virtualization to ensure network up time and availability of services • Provide comprehensive Sage ERP X3 support at both business administration and user application levels, enhancing user proficiency and system utilization • Remediating and locating critical vulnerabilities with the use of leading scanning and asset management tools • Monitor KPIs to assess technological performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, solutions, and upgrades to improve the organization's IT infrastructure and operations • Setup, manage and administer cloud instances i.e. Microsoft365, Google workspace, google apps • Troubleshoot and undertake 1st level repair of hardware, operating systems, and applications before escalation to either hardware/software vendors • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends, and make recommendations for their implementation
