Hi, I am Lydia. I am a writer first, one who beleives that great products deserve great explanations. I currently specialize in IT documentation and customer-facing SaaS documentation, with a growing focus on e-learning and product education. My work sits at the intersection of clarity, user experience, and learning, where complex software is transformed into content people can actually understand and use. At my core, I help businesses: Simplify onboarding, Reduce confusion and support load, Train users and teams more efficiently, Communicate clearly with the people who matter most. Their audience. E-learning and training content (onboarding materials, instructional guides, and learning modules)that make education practical, engaging, and easy to apply. My approach is simple but intentional. I write from the endusers perspective. I break down complex software concepts into clear, actionable instructions that help users feel confident, not overwhelmed. I have chosen to grow my career within the SaaS space because it's where product, user experience, and communication meet, and that's where I do my best work. I'm especially interested in evolving further into product education and e-learning, helping companies scale learning alongside their products.
